1. Processing and Shipping Times
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2 business days, not including weekends or holidays.
- Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
2. Lead Time
- Sets available on website: It typically takes 2-3 weeks to finish an order, excluding weekends and holidays, but this time varies depending on order volume, amount of sets ordered, and the complexity of the set. I will keep you updated if there are any delays
- Custom sets: Lead times vary depending on how long planning and discussing takes, when payment is received, and complexity of the order. We will discuss the lead time during planning.
3. Shipping Delays
Shipping can be delayed due to unexpected courier volume, such as the holiday season, or bad weather. Once the order is shipped from me, I'm not liable for courier delays.
