Sets typically take 2-3 weeks to make but may take longer depending on order volume or if there are multiple sets in one order.

Expect the nails to ship between 7-28 days from order date.

If you need the nails by a certain date, please DM me on Instagram (@batoul.creates) before ordering and I'll let you know if I can complete it in time!

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of these nails, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.

Every order comes with the set of nails, an instruction card, and a prep kit. This prep kit includes:

• Nail file
• Nail buffer
• 2 alcohol pads
• Cuticle stick
• Nail glue
• Sticky tabs

The customer is responsible for providing their correct sizing.

If you are choosing a custom size, there will be an option in the cart to input your size.

If you need help finding your size, go to the sizing guide page for more information.

All sets are handmade so minor variations in color and detail should be expected.

If you choose a nail length shorter than the product image, there may be minor details omitted to fit the design onto the nail.
